Recall Habit is a personal tracking application that allows users to:

• Set reminders for various activities
• Add notes, tags, and photos to tracks
• Track costs associated with activities
• Export data as CSV files
• Sync data to personal iCloud accounts

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Recall Habit, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content
• Maintain the security of your device and data
• Back up your data regularly using the provided export features

4. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data. Key points:

• We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal data
• All your data is stored locally on your device
• Data may sync to your personal iCloud account if enabled
• You can export your data as CSV files for backup

5. App Store Terms

Recall Habit is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to:

• Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple's Developer Program License Agreement
• Apple's privacy and data handling policies

By downloading from the App Store, you also agree to Apple's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Recall Habit app, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Create derivative works based on the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Interruption of service
• Any damages resulting from your use of the App

9. Data Backup and Recovery

Since your data is stored locally on your device:

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We recommend using the CSV export feature for regular backups
• We cannot recover data lost due to device issues
• iCloud sync is handled by Apple, not by us

10. App Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to:

• Add new features or improve existing ones
• Fix bugs or security issues
• Improve performance and compatibility
• Update the app to comply with App Store requirements

Updates will be distributed through the App Store.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Disabling iCloud sync if enabled
• Exporting your data before uninstalling

We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.
